Top-tier New York finance group seeks a mid-level associate (4–6 years PQE) with solid secured lending experience to join the team. The role focuses on advising on personal property security interests, reviewing security documentation, and preparing and negotiating security interest opinions.

Primary work will center on Article 9 (Secured Transactions) matters with exposure to Article 8 (Investment Securities) issues. The position supports finance lawyers and attorneys across other transactional and non-transactional practices and will contribute to knowledge-management materials and monitoring UCC developments.

4–6 years of finance/secured lending experience (mid-level associate).
Practical experience drafting and negotiating security documentation and security interest opinions.
Working knowledge of UCC Article 9 and familiarity with Article 8 investment securities matters.
Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience; ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and contribute to knowledge-management efforts.
