Growing global finance team seeks a mid-level associate (approximately 3+ years' experience) to join its U.S. finance practice. The role involves executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements for a mix of bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs and mezzanine/hedge fund lenders.

Appointments may be based in the Los Angeles or Orange County office. The team handles leveraged and structured financings across industries; asset-based lending experience is a plus but not required.

At least 3 years’ relevant finance transaction experience (law firm background preferred)
Experience with complex credit facilities, leveraged finance or structured debt; ABL experience a plus
Strong academic credentials
Admission to the California Bar required
