Mid-Level Immigration Associate — New Jersey

Mid-level business immigration attorney position in a New Jersey office of a large international law firm. The role involves handling high-volume corporate immigration matters and supporting a broad client base in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Day-to-day work includes counseling on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes, PERM labor certifications, and managing compliance matters and government audits. The team includes experienced immigration attorneys and access to firm-wide resources and support.

• Minimum 5 years' focused business immigration experience.
• Hands-on experience with I-9 compliance, DOL/DHS/DOJ audits, PERM and both nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.) and immigrant visa processes.
• Strong client-service orientation, case management, organization, and productivity in a high-volume practice.
• Advanced writing, analytical and communication skills; experience managing a large client base a plus.
