Growing Labor & Employment team in San Francisco is seeking a mid-level associate with 4–6 years of employment litigation experience. The practice represents employers across a range of industries on counseling, litigation and complex workplace disputes, including wage & hour, class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination matters.

The role will focus on litigation and client counseling work: drafting and arguing motions, conducting investigations, taking and defending depositions, and providing practical advice to employer clients. The team is sizable and nationally connected, offering exposure to high‑stakes matters and collaborative support.

4–6 years post‑qualification experience in employment litigation (U.S./California)
Strong litigation skills: motion practice, fact investigation, depositions and courtroom experience
Excellent legal research and writing; ability to prepare client‑facing advice
Member in good standing of the California Bar
Resume, cover letter and law school transcript required
Hybrid schedule expected (minimum three days per week in the office)
