Growing Miami real estate team seeks a mid-level land use associate with 3–5 years' experience handling zoning and land use matters. The role focuses on permitting, site plan approvals, variances, rezoning, and comprehensive plan amendments across South Florida jurisdictions.

Successful candidates will draft applications and ordinances, conduct legal research, advocate before municipal boards and planning bodies, and interpret architectural and site plans. Familiarity with historic preservation and environmental issues in the land-use context is a plus.

3–5 years of land use / zoning experience
Licensed to practice in Florida
Experience with site plan approvals, variances, rezoning and comprehensive plan amendments
Strong drafting, research and advocacy skills; comfortable appearing before local boards and municipal bodies
Ability to read and interpret architectural and site plans; familiarity with South Florida jurisdictions
