Mid-Level Litigation Associate — Atlanta

Seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join a busy, multi-faceted litigation team in Atlanta. The role involves supporting complex civil matters across state and federal courts, with hands-on responsibility for briefing, discovery, depositions and trial preparation.

• J.D. and 2–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm or in Chambers handling complex civil matters
• Experience researching and drafting briefs and dispositive motions, and preparing motions in limine
• Experience taking and defending depositions and managing discovery in complex cases
• Familiarity with trial preparation and experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trials
• Strong oral and written communication, plus effective time- and priority-management skills
