Mid-Level Litigation Associate — CFTC & Regulatory (Chicago)

Mid-level associate role on a national litigation team focusing on CFTC enforcement, regulatory matters and related commercial litigation. The team handles a mix of enforcement, regulatory counseling and strategic client advice on issues arising under the Commodity Exchange Act, including matters involving crypto and prediction-market platforms.

This is a collaborative group that emphasizes associate development and mentorship and offers significant exposure to clients and government regulators. The position may be based in Chicago (other U.S. office locations may be considered).

• 3–5 years of litigation experience; substantial CFTC / Commodity Exchange Act experience required
• Experience with enforcement, regulatory counseling or related fintech/crypto matters preferred
• Law firm or in-house/agency experience welcome (current or former CFTC staff or employees of CFTC-regulated entities encouraged to apply)
• Admission and good standing to practice in the hiring jurisdiction
