Mid-Level M&A Associate — Wilmington

Top-tier corporate group seeks a mid-level associate to join its Wilmington office to work on mergers & acquisitions and related corporate matters. The role will involve buy- and sell-side deals, recapitalizations, private equity investments, joint ventures and general corporate work, with exposure to Delaware entity law and fiduciary-duty issues.

The team offers an enhanced mentor program for laterals, professional-development resources, an active pro bono practice, and a hybrid working model with specified in-office days and remote periods. The position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Demonstrated drafting and deal execution experience on buy- and sell-side matters
• Familiarity with Delaware corporate and alternative-entity law (LLCs, LPs) and governance/fiduciary-duty issues preferred
• Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and teaming skills
