Join a busy Real Estate team in Luxembourg advising on domestic and cross-border real estate matters, including sales, development projects, lease arrangements and construction/refurbishment programmes. You will work on technically sophisticated files and support institutional clients and project developers.

The role offers structured legal and soft-skills training, regular exposure to cross-border work and a collaborative team environment that supports accelerated career development. You will be expected to manage matters with attention to detail and a strong client-service orientation.

  • Law degree (strong academic record preferred); LL.M. or equivalent an asset
  • 3–4 years' post-qualified experience in Real Estate law in Luxembourg with exposure to transactions, property development and urban planning; litigation experience a plus
  • Eligible or attending CCDL (or equivalent in another EU jurisdiction)
  • Fluent in English and French; German desirable
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
