National law firm seeking a mid-level real estate transactions associate to join its Fort Lauderdale office on an immediate basis. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters and will involve hands-on deal management and leading diligence reviews.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of general commercial real estate transactional experience, with concentrated exposure to one or more of: purchase and sale, joint-venture negotiation, leasing, and/or real estate lending (borrower or lender side). Strong drafting, organization, and communication skills are essential.

3–5 years' post-qualification real estate transactional experience
Experience with purchase & sale transactions, joint-venture negotiations and/or leasing; real estate lending experience a plus
Proven ability to manage deals and lead diligence reviews
Excellent drafting, communication and organizational skills
