Mid-level Restructuring & Insolvency Associate — Miami

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a global firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency group in the Miami office. The role focuses on in-court Chapter 11 matters and out-of-court restructurings, working as part of cross-border teams on complex insolvency matters.

The team values candidates who can operate effectively in culturally diverse, collaborative environments and who are comfortable coordinating with colleagues across U.S. and international offices. Competitive compensation and standard benefits apply; this role is bonus eligible.

• Admission and good standing with the Florida or New York Bar
