Mid-Level Tax Associate — Washington, D.C.

Mid-level tax associate role within a large, national practice group handling tax matters for transactional and renewable-energy work. The team offers substantive, hands‑on experience, structured training and opportunities for professional growth within a national platform.

Ideal candidates will work on renewable energy tax credit matters and corporate/M&A tax issues related to private equity transactions. The role is office‑based with an expectation of regular onsite attendance and collaboration with a longstanding team.

• 2–5 years of tax practice experience, with experience in renewable energy tax credits and/or corporate/M&A tax (including private equity-related transactions)
• Bar admission in the state of practice or ability to obtain a waiver
• Strong legal writing, drafting skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to be in‑office at least three business days per week; must reside in Nashville, TN; Washington, D.C.; Houston, TX; or Dallas, TX by start date
