Growing Technology Transactions team in Boston seeks a mid-level associate to work on high-value technology, IP and commercial matters. You will draft, negotiate, and counsel on licenses, SaaS, development and collaboration agreements, data-use arrangements and strategic partnerships, and support IP/technology diligence in corporate transactions.

The role includes advising on emerging issues in artificial intelligence, including model development, data governance, risk allocation and compliance, and contributing to client alerts and thought leadership. You will join a collaborative team and receive mentorship from senior practitioners while handling substantive, client-facing work.

3–5 years of law firm experience in technology transactions or related commercial/IP practice
Proven drafting and negotiation experience with software/SaaS, licensing, development/collaboration and data-use agreements
Experience conducting IP/technology due diligence in M&A or financings; familiarity with AI-related legal and regulatory issues preferred
Admission to the Massachusetts bar or eligibility for waiver; strong academic record and excellent writing and communication skills
