Mid-level Trademark & Copyright Associate — New York

Top-tier intellectual property team is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Trademark & Copyright practice based in New York. The role focuses on high-volume brand management across multiple jurisdictions, supporting global filing and enforcement programs and overseeing sizable trademark portfolios.

Successful candidates will work on complex, name-brand trademark matters and collaborate with cross-office teams. There are multiple U.S. office base options, with this posting focused on the New York office.

• At least 5 years' experience in trademark and/or copyright practice (brand management focus)
• Proven experience with high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance and global filing programs
• Experience managing large trademark portfolios and coordinating enforcement efforts
• TTAB or trademark prosecution experience preferred but not required
• Strong legal writing, analytical skills, organization, and self-motivation
