Top-tier corporate team in New York is seeking a mid to senior associate (3–6 years' experience) to join a busy Public M&A practice. The role offers regular exposure to public-company buy- and sell-side transactions and related securities-law work.

Work will include headline M&A matters across industry groups such as technology, life sciences, real estate and financial services, with opportunities to act as a trusted advisor on complex transactional issues. The team is collaborative and handles high-volume, market-leading deals.

Successful candidates will join a commercial, fast-paced environment where you will build transactional skills and broaden experience across public-company M&A and securities matters.

3–6 years' corporate/M&A experience with substantial public company transaction exposure
Experience with securities laws and public-company sell-side and buy-side deals
Exposure to technology or life sciences clients a plus
Strong academic record, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission or eligibility and a deal sheet required
