Mid/senior-level associate role in a national law firm’s Dallas real estate team. The team advises on commercial real estate matters across acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, purchase & sale transactions and commercial leasing.

Strong candidates will have a large-firm transactional background and solid drafting and negotiation experience. Exposure to real estate finance and development is a plus but not required.

3–7 years' PQE in commercial real estate transactions (classes 2019–2023)
J.D. and active or transferable state bar admission
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, purchase & sale and/or commercial leasing
Large law firm experience preferred; real estate finance/development experience a plus
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
