Top-tier, international firm seeks a midlevel associate to join its Asset Management and Investment Funds team in the Boston office (role may also be based in New York or Washington, D.C.). The role focuses on advising asset managers and fund sponsors across registered funds, regulatory matters, and private funds work.

You'll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities for increasing responsibility and client contact. The team looks for self-starters who can manage matters independently, collaborate across offices, and deliver high-quality client service.

4–7 years of transactional or regulatory experience in asset management or investment funds (registered funds, private funds, or related regulatory work)
Demonstrated drafting and transactional experience with fund documents and regulatory filings
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and collaborate with team members across offices
