Top-tier international law firm seeks a midlevel associate to join its Capital Markets & Public Companies team. The role focuses on advising public companies on federal securities law compliance, public and private offerings, stock exchange listing matters, and corporate governance.

Ideal candidates will have transactional experience across both equity and debt offerings and be comfortable working on matters for publicly traded clients. This is a multi-office U.S. placement; candidates should be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where they will be based and able to work in a large firm practice environment.

3–5 years of securities/capital markets experience at a large law firm
Experience advising public companies on federal securities laws, public and private offerings, and exchange listing/compliance
Experience with both equity and debt capital markets transactions preferred
Excellent academic record, strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills
Active bar admission in the hiring office jurisdiction
