National law firm is seeking a midlevel corporate associate to join its life sciences transactions team in Philadelphia. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating a range of commercial and collaboration agreements for life sciences clients, including licensing, supply and other operational agreements.

Typical matters include collaboration and license agreements, confidentiality and material‑transfer arrangements, investigator and clinical trial agreements, master services agreements, and product purchase/sale contracts. Candidates will work with cross‑office teams and client in‑house counsel on deal execution and commercial counseling.

Attorneys with 3–5 years of law firm experience in life sciences transactional work are preferred; candidates with 2+ years of in‑house life sciences transactional experience and a clear desire to focus on transactions will also be considered.

3–5 years of law firm transactional experience in life sciences, or 2+ years of in‑house life sciences transactional experience
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating collaboration, license, supply, CDA/NDA, MTA, SRA, CTA, MSA, and related commercial agreements
Strong writing, negotiation and client‑service skills; able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
J.D. and active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the hiring jurisdiction
