Midlevel Associate — Energy & Infrastructure (Multiple U.S. Offices)

Top-tier national practice seeks a midlevel associate to join its Energy & Infrastructure group. The role focuses on transactional work across energy and infrastructure matters, with significant exposure to project-related financings.

Appointment may be based in one of several U.S. offices (Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York or Washington, D.C.). The team handles complex, large-firm matters for sponsors, lenders and other market participants.

• 4–5 years' post-qualification experience at a large law firm.
• Transactional experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Project finance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting, deal execution and client-service skills; able to work on cross-office teams.
