Midlevel Associate — Investment Management (Private Funds) — Boston (multi-office)

Seeking a midlevel associate to join a top-tier investment management team representing institutional investors in private funds. The role focuses on work across private equity, private credit, real estate and co-investment funds, including secondary transactions and fund formations.

Team members may be based in multiple U.S. offices; the position will sit on an investor-representation practice ranked highly in national directories. The group handles complex transactional and negotiated matters for institutional clients and offers exposure to cross-office matters and sector-specialist colleagues.

• 3–5 years of relevant law firm, in-house, or government experience representing institutional investors in private funds
• Experience with private equity, private credit, real estate funds and co-investments; secondary transactions and/or fund formation experience is a plus
• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of the office to which you apply
• Strong academic record, excellent writing and communication skills, and demonstrable deal-management and analytical ability
