Mid‑Level Associate — Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance (Los Angeles)

Seeking a mid‑level associate to join a global project, energy and infrastructure finance practice based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on project finance matters across renewable energy, energy transition and infrastructure work, including tax credit monetization and related financings.

The team handles complex cross‑border and domestic transactions for sponsors, lenders and investors. The position offers substantive deal exposure, client interaction and collaboration with finance, tax and regulatory specialists across the firm’s energy platform.

• 3–5 years' project finance experience, with a focus on renewable energy, tax credit monetization, energy transition or infrastructure.
• Strong academic record; prior experience at a top‑tier law firm preferred.
• Transaction experience (loan documentation, tax equity, sponsor and lender-side work) and ability to manage document drafting and due diligence.
• Strong communication, commercial judgment and ability to work on cross‑disciplinary teams on complex financings.
