A leading international law firm is seeking a midlevel associate to join a busy technology transactions, outsourcing and commercial contracts team. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating a wide range of technology and complex commercial agreements.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of law firm experience in technology and/or complex commercial transactions; outsourcing experience is a plus. The firm is accepting candidates for several U.S. offices (including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Philadelphia); candidates must be an active member of the bar in the jurisdiction where they would be based.

For positions based in CA, IL, MA and NY the posted base salary range is $225,000 to $435,000. The total compensation package may include other benefits and will be determined based on experience, location and other factors.

3–5 years of experience at a law firm handling technology and/or complex commercial transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for technology, outsourcing and commercial agreements
Outsourcing transaction experience preferred
Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of the target office
Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated transactional experience
