Experienced mid‑level associate role on a US banking and loan finance team within a leading international finance practice. The team handles lender- and borrower-side representations across a variety of lending transactions and works on cross‑office, multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Typical work includes syndicated TLA/TLB facilities, acquisition finance, asset‑based lending, direct lending, note purchase private placements, receivables and equipment financings, and structured financings. Associates will work on a mix of borrower and lender matters and collaborate with national and international colleagues.

The group seeks candidates who are committed to high‑quality transactional work and who contribute to a collegial, team‑oriented environment. There is a preference for candidates based in New York or Washington, D.C., though experienced applicants in other US offices may be considered.

Approximately 3+ years of directly relevant banking/loan finance transactional experience.
Experience on bank financing transactions and related UCC/security‑interest matters.
Strong drafting, commercial judgment and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an ABA‑accredited law school and membership in a US bar required.
