Mid‑Level Capital Markets Associate — New York

Seeking a mid‑level capital markets associate to join a busy New York securities practice. The role focuses on advising issuers and underwriters on equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, and counseling public companies on SEC reporting, financings and general corporate matters.

This is an opportunity to join a growing, high‑visibility practice with significant transactional volume. Strong academic credentials, client management skills and a track record from a major law firm environment are preferred.

• 3–5 years' securities/capital markets experience (issuer and underwriter representation, IPOs)
• Experience with SEC reporting, public company financings and related corporate work
• Admitted and in good standing in New York
