Top-tier Boston litigation team is seeking a midlevel associate to handle complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts. The role offers significant hands-on responsibility: managing matters from intake through trial, conducting discovery, taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and participating on trial teams.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative group that provides active mentoring and progressive client contact. The team handles high-stakes, commercially significant disputes and values strong writing, strategic thinking, and courtroom advocacy.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
3–5 years of litigation experience, commercial litigation experience preferred
Strong legal research, drafting, motion practice, and discovery skills; trial experience a plus
Excellent written and oral communication; ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and in teams
Experience with e-discovery and litigation support tools preferred
