Leading life‑sciences focused corporate team in Boston seeks a mid‑level associate to work on transactional matters for venture‑backed and public life sciences, healthcare and technology companies. The role involves equity financings, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance work across domestic and international matters.

The team handles a mix of public and private company matters, including registered offerings and ongoing SEC engagement, and offers collaborative, cross‑practice work with opportunities to take substantive ownership of deal components.

2–4 years' corporate transactional experience (PQE)
Experience with public company work: registered equity offerings, SEC reporting/representation, and M&A transactions
Life sciences or healthcare experience preferred; candidates with a demonstrated interest in life sciences will be considered
Able to work effectively in teams and manage substantial components of transactions independently
Strong academics and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
