Hire into a busy life‑sciences focused corporate team advising venture‑backed and public companies across the US and internationally. Work will cover the full corporate lifecycle for high‑growth biopharma, medical device and healthcare technology clients.

Typical matters include equity financings, registered offerings and IPO work, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A and corporate governance matters. The group collaborates across offices and with cross‑border teams on transactions and public company work.

2–4 years' corporate transactional experience (associate level)
Experience with public company matters — registered equity offerings, SEC reporting/representation, and M&A
Experience with or strong interest in life sciences/healthcare clients preferred
Proven ability to work in teams and manage substantial components of deals independently; excellent written and verbal communication
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
