Top-tier US law firm seeks a mid‑level corporate associate to join its Life Sciences practice in San Francisco. The group advises venture‑backed and public life sciences, healthcare and technology companies on a full range of corporate transactions across the US and internationally.

Work will include equity financings, registered offerings, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance matters, with opportunities to collaborate across practices and regional offices. The team values collaborative work, substantive client responsibility and exposure to sophisticated, cross‑border transactions.

2–4 years of corporate transactional experience (PQE) with exposure to lifecycle corporate matters.
Experience on public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC matters and M&A transactions preferred.
Background in or strong interest in life sciences transactions; experience with venture‑backed companies is a plus.
Ability to manage substantial components of deals independently and work effectively on teams; excellent written and verbal communication; strong academic credentials.
Relevant bar admission or clear eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
