Top-tier life sciences corporate group in Washington, DC is hiring a mid‑level associate to support a broad transactional practice for venture‑backed and public life sciences, healthcare and technology companies. Work will span equity financings, registered offerings, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance across domestic and cross‑border matters.

The team handles public company work and ongoing SEC representation, and offers exposure to high‑growth clients at all lifecycle stages. The group values collegial collaboration, substantive responsibility on deals and opportunities to work across practices and geographies.

2–4 years of corporate/transactional experience at a law firm or comparable environment
Experience with public company transactions (registered equity offerings, SEC reporting) and M&A matters
Life sciences industry experience preferred; strong interest in life sciences considered
Proven ability to manage significant deal components and to work effectively in teams
Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
