Midlevel Labor & Employment Associate — Chicago

Leading national law firm is seeking a midlevel Labor & Employment associate to join its Chicago office. The role focuses on employment litigation and counseling across individual and collective matters, with opportunities to handle investigations and collective bargaining-related work.

The successful candidate will work on a mix of single-plaintiff and class/collective-action cases and provide employment counseling to employers. The team values strong writing, research and analytical abilities and offers exposure to complex workplace disputes and preventive counseling.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience, including substantial employment litigation
• Experience with single-plaintiff and class/collective-action litigation; experience in employment counseling, investigations, or collective bargaining preferred
• Strong academic record and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Active Illinois bar membership required
