Midlevel Labor & Employment Associate — Philadelphia or Wilmington

Seeking a midlevel associate to join a national labor & employment practice in the Philadelphia or Wilmington, DE office. The role focuses on employment litigation and related counseling matters for employers across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will handle litigation matters such as single-plaintiff suits, wage-and-hour and other class actions, internal investigations, restrictive covenant disputes, and arbitration. The position offers substantial courtroom and discovery experience within a large-firm setting.

• 2–5 years of law firm experience with a focus on employment litigation
• Experience with single-plaintiff defense, wage & hour and class actions, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, and/or arbitration
• Comfort briefing motions, managing discovery (including ESI), and drafting client correspondence and memoranda
• Strong research, writing, organizational and analytical skills; excellent academic record
• Active Pennsylvania bar membership or active Delaware bar membership required
