Midlevel associate opportunity in a national corporate practice supporting middle‑market M&A across a range of industries. The role is open in multiple West Coast offices (including Seattle, San Francisco, and Portland) and offers hands‑on responsibility on buy‑ and sell‑side transactions.

You'll work on transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and ancillary documents, and coordinating deal workstreams with cross‑discipline teams (tax, real estate, employment, IP, technology).

The team emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and early client contact as associates develop transactional experience and deeper client relationships.

3–5 years of M&A experience at a law firm, with experience on private company transactions preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) in the hiring office's state
