Mid-Level Associate — Corporate M&A

Seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join a US-based practice handling M&A, private equity and securities matters. The role involves working on a broad range of transactional matters, supporting deal teams and taking responsibility for drafting transaction documents and coordinating closings.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative team and work on sophisticated, market-facing transactions across the firm’s California offices (multiple locations). The role offers exposure to complex buy- and sell-side deals and opportunities to take increasing ownership of client work.

• 3+ years of transactional experience, ideally from a mid- to large-firm environment
• Experience on M&A and private equity transactions, including drafting transaction documents
• Proven ability to manage due diligence and drive complex transactions to closing
• Familiarity with corporate governance principles and federal securities laws
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting and communication skills
