Top-tier law firm in San Francisco is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Technology practice with a primary focus on capital markets transactions. The role centers on public company work and registered equity offerings, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.

The successful candidate will work on underwriting-related matters, comfort letters, legal opinions and other components of the offering process, collaborating with cross-disciplinary deal teams.

California bar admission (or prompt eligibility) is required. The team offers a collaborative, collegiate environment and regular exposure to high‑profile public-company transactions.

Experience with public company capital markets transactions and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-ons)
Familiarity with underwriting process, comfort letters and legal opinions
Strong drafting and communication skills
Outstanding academic credentials and prior experience at a comparable law firm
California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
