The role centers on public company representation and registered equity offerings, including IPOs and follow-on offerings, with significant exposure to the full offering process.

Candidates will work on the core components of securities offerings, including the underwriting process, comfort letters, opinions, and related documentation. This is a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where lawyers work across practice areas and geographies.

Prior life sciences or technology focus is not required. The position is based in San Francisco.

Mid-level associate with comparable law firm experience
Experience in public company work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings)
Familiarity with the underwriting process, comfort letters, opinions, and other offering components
Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required
