Midlevel Real Estate Associate — Boston (also New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia)

Seeking a midlevel associate to join a national corporate and real estate transactions team. The role involves working on sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and leasing across commercial, mixed‑use, industrial and specialized asset types (including development projects and data centers).

Work will be collaborative across multiple offices and practice groups, with opportunities to advise institutional investors, developers and financial institutions on full deal cycles. Candidates may be resident in Boston, New York, Los Angeles or Philadelphia and must be admitted to the bar in the hiring office’s state.

• 3–5 years of law firm real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing)
• Strong working knowledge of title and survey review and ability to identify and resolve complex title/survey issues
• Experience with full deal cycles for commercial and mixed‑use transactions; familiarity with development projects and data center/industrial asset types a plus
• Excellent academic record, strong writing, analytical and organizational skills
• Active state bar admission in the office where candidate will be based
