Midlevel Real Estate Associate — Seattle

Experienced real estate associate position in a national real estate practice. The role involves advising on acquisitions, dispositions and financings of commercial real estate assets across a variety of property types.

Typical responsibilities include conducting real estate due diligence, negotiating and documenting leasing transactions, supporting development and joint venture matters, and working on complex transactional workstreams alongside senior attorneys.

The team provides active mentoring and opportunities for increasing responsibility and client contact. Candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality client service.

• 3–6 years of private practice real estate experience
• Experience with purchases, sales, financings, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures
• Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm environment preferred
• Strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a self-starter mindset
