Seeking a mid‑level associate to join a busy real estate transactions team in the Santa Monica office. The role focuses on complex commercial real estate matters including financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions across asset classes such as office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality.

The team advises on both lender and borrower sides and works on cross‑disciplinary deals for institutional and private real estate clients. The group emphasizes collaboration across practices and provides exposure to sophisticated, market‑leading transactions.

Candidates should expect a fast‑paced transactional practice with significant client contact, mentorship from senior lawyers, and opportunities to take ownership of deal workstreams.

JD (Class of 2022–2023 preferred) with excellent academic credentials
Substantial experience on complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower), joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions
Experience across several asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on deal teams
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
