Mid‑Level Restructuring Associate — Chicago

Mid‑level associate opportunity in Chicago within a national/international financial restructuring practice. The team handles sophisticated in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings for lenders, creditors and debtors across a range of industries.

Work will include Chapter 11 cases and workouts, negotiating and drafting loan and restructuring documents, and preparing core pleadings such as plans of reorganization, restructuring support agreements and first‑day motions. The role suits candidates who want regular exposure to complex restructurings and creditor/debtor representations.

• Minimum 4 years of restructuring/bankruptcy experience (including Chapter 11 and out‑of‑court workouts)
• Experience representing lenders and/or debtors on restructurings and creditor matters
• Demonstrated drafting and negotiation experience with loan documents, plans of reorganization, RSAs, first‑day motions and other bankruptcy filings
• Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, writing and organizational skills
• Admission to the Illinois Bar required
