Mid‑Level / Senior Associate — Technology Companies (Boston)

Leading national law firm seeks a mid‑level to senior associate to join its Technology Companies practice in the Boston office. The role involves working on a range of corporate and transactional matters for technology clients, including venture financings, M&A and public and private offerings.

Successful candidates will work both collaboratively on deal teams and independently on substantial components of transactions. The team advises early‑ and late‑stage companies across the lifecycle and supports cross‑practice matters with other corporate and capital markets specialists.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic record
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
• Mid‑ to senior‑associate experience at a comparable law firm
• Substantive experience representing technology companies on venture financings, M&A and/or public/private offerings
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a detailed deal sheet
