Experienced tax associate opportunity in a national practice group with significant transactional and renewable energy work. The role sits on the firm’s Wealth & Tax team and offers substantive, hands‑on assignments and formal training within an established group.

Positions are open in Nashville, TN; Washington, DC; Houston, TX; and Dallas, TX. Candidates must reside in one of these markets at or prior to hire and be licensed (or ready to become licensed) to practice in the state where they will work.

This is an office‑based role with an expectation to be onsite no fewer than three business days per week.

2–5 years of transferable tax experience, with demonstrable work on renewable energy tax credits and/or corporate transactions, including M&A involving private equity
Active bar membership in the state of practice or ability to waive into the state
Strong legal drafting and writing skills, close attention to detail, and a demonstrated work ethic
Available to be based in Nashville, Washington DC, Houston, or Dallas and able to work onsite at least three days per week
