Mid–Senior Associate, Corporate Restructuring — Chicago

Leading national restructuring team in Chicago is seeking mid- to senior-level lateral associates (class of 2018–2022) with strong experience in both in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings. The role will handle a mix of company-side and buy-side matters, including 363 sales and plan sponsorships, as well as liability-management transactions and lender/creditor representations.

The team offers an enhanced mentor program for lateral hires, a robust professional-development framework, an active pro bono practice, and a hybrid work model featuring in‑office days Monday–Thursday with remote-work flexibility. The position may be eligible for a discretionary year‑end bonus.

• Mid- to senior-level associate (candidates from classes of 2018–2022)
