Mid–Senior Associate, Corporate Restructuring — New York

Top-tier New York restructuring group seeks mid to senior level associates (class of 2018–2021) with strong experience in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Candidates should have substantial company-side restructuring experience and a mix of related representations such as liability management transactions and lender/creditor work.

• Admission to practice in New York.
