The role focuses on representing energy industry clients — particularly natural gas pipeline companies — in complex regulatory proceedings, rate cases, licensing and related transactional work. The team handles cutting‑edge matters at the intersection of law, policy and business.
- Juris Doctor (ABA‑accredited) and active bar membership in the United States
- Approximately 5–7 years of post‑qualification experience in energy regulatory work
- Significant experience representing natural gas pipeline companies before federal regulators; experience with Section 4 rate cases preferred
- Strong writing, advocacy and teamwork skills; comfortable working on high‑stakes, technical matters
