Mid–Senior Associate, Financial Restructuring — New York

Well-established international law firm is seeking a mid–senior associate for its New York financial restructuring team. The role involves advising on complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts across a range of creditor and debtor representations.

The successful candidate will join a busy, high‑profile restructuring practice and work on large insolvency matters alongside experienced partners and senior associates. This is a hands-on role with substantial drafting, motion practice, and courtroom exposure.

• 4–6 years' post‑qualification experience in financial restructuring or bankruptcy.
• Experience representing creditors or debtors in large chapter 11 cases or complex workouts.
• Strong academic record and demonstrable prior law firm experience; law school and undergraduate transcripts requested with application.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and courtroom advocacy skills.
