Mid–Senior Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions — New York

Leading New York office of a major international law firm is seeking mid- and senior-level associates for its Mergers & Acquisitions practice. The role covers acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, private equity matters and work for financial institutions.

Successful candidates will lead due diligence, draft ancillary and primary deal documents, and work directly with clients and deal teams across all transaction phases. The team handles complex cross-border and domestic transactions.

• 3–6 years of M&A transactional experience (mid- to senior-associate level)
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Demonstrated experience leading diligence and drafting ancillary and primary deal documents
• Strong academic credentials and proven ability to work on complex transactions and client-facing matters
