Mid–senior associate role on a finance team focused on transactions secured by transportation and infrastructure assets. The team handles acquisition and leveraged financings, leasing (operating and leveraged), secured lending and related securities matters. The role suits candidates from large-firm finance practices who want to specialize in esoteric asset transactions and complex structured deals.

Mid–senior associate level with documented finance experience (securitization / structured finance).
Experience with acquisition and leveraged financings, leasing (operating and leveraged) and secured lending.
Strong academics and prior large-firm transaction experience.
Interest in working on financings secured by aircraft, railcars, ships, digital infrastructure and energy-related assets.
