Mid–Senior Corporate Associate (M&A) — Chicago

Leading Chicago corporate group seeks mid- to senior-level associates with strong mergers & acquisitions and general corporate transactional experience. Candidates should be comfortable managing transactions through all phases and producing high-quality work for sophisticated clients.

• Mid- to senior-level associate (Class of 2017–2021 or equivalent experience)
• Significant M&A and general corporate transactional experience; experience managing full deal lifecycle preferred
• Strong drafting, deal-management and client-service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑performing team and contribute to business development and pro bono efforts
