Mid–Senior Labor & Employment Associate — Los Angeles / Orange County

Established national law firm seeks a mid–senior level Labor & Employment associate to join its Los Angeles or Orange County office. The role focuses on defending employers in complex labor and employment matters across industry sectors, with a mix of litigation and counseling.

Typical work includes representing employers in wage & hour class actions (including PAGA matters), individual employment claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave and accommodation disputes, and advising on employment policies and agreements. The team handles both litigation and preventive counseling for regional and national clients.

Team offers mentorship, transactional and litigation exposure, and collaboration on matters handled across multiple offices.

• Minimum 4 years’ labor & employment litigation experience (PQE) in the United States.
• Demonstrable experience defending wage & hour class actions and PAGA matters required.
• Experience handling employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave and accommodation claims.
• Strong writing, analytical, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage and take ownership of matters.
