Senior, client‑facing role within a managed legal services team delivering scalable, tech‑enabled property solutions for clients with large and complex portfolios. This is not a traditional fee‑earning role: you will design and oversee delivery frameworks, promote process optimisation and lead lawyer‑led service delivery.

Based in Manchester with hybrid opportunities across nearby offices, you will work closely with legal operations, resourcing and practice groups to build integrated, repeatable MLS propositions and act as a trusted adviser to major portfolio holders.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 10+ years’ PQE in property/asset management
Extensive experience advising on large or complex property portfolios and providing senior client advice
Proven people‑management experience, with ability to lead and develop a team of lawyers
Comfortable with legal technology, process optimisation, data‑driven workflows and alternative delivery models
